Mouse Over Scroll

Hey,
I’m a real beginner so i was wondering how you could have my file i have attached to scroll wen you mouse over the arrows, its probably a very basic thing but I really have only just started using flash at all…

Also how would I automatically load an external .txt file?? but still have it so it will scroll as well??

hit the f1 key when you are in Flash

I looked under the help files, yet couldnt find anything for the two questions I had? Where should I be looking?? And what for??

Please someone help, its probably basic basic stuff, but I just need help doing it…
