i´m doing a button with a rollout action, but it sometimes fails when I roll the cursor too fast. The action doesn´t work.
what can I do to solve this?

Make your hit area bigger.
or add a hit area… if you convert (just) text (and nothing else) to a button symbol it might not always work, because it will see only the text as the hit area… what about the areas between the letters???
