After searching for tutorials on how to do it, I seem to have come up empty handed.
Could anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial about how to create the ‘movement’ that is done once you get to the ‘Oceanic Airlines’ manifest (piece of paper with names on it)? Basically, as the user moves their mouse, the interface slightly moves, creating an effect much like you being above and looking around.

You have to go through the intro and press a couple buttons to get to the Oceanic manifest part. Any direction to a tutorial how to do this would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
