Move in Button

[font=verdana, arial, helvetica][size=2]I want a movie clip to play when a button is in the over or down state, and I know how to do that, but i want to know how to make the movie fade in when in over or down state, and have it fade out when the over or down state is released. Also, the hit area on my button is too big, as in the border of the graphic that is the button is way outside the actual text in the graphic, but i wanna keep the text the same size but shrink the hit area to jsut around the text.
