has a embeded movie clip that contains a video, as you can see it has a good quality video; once the site has loaded i want the embedded video to play as a background, but from the frame per second count you can see that it decreases to an average of 7/9 fps. this does not seem like a good idea, is there any suggestions or a better way of doing this…
