Moving buttons with neverending scroll thingy

i need some help or a question answered in the tutorial of the never ending menu “what is the matrix neo” i have got the neverending bit down but i was ondering why my buttons that were working fine before i did this effect to them stoped working when i made them a movie clip

is there anyway around this

i just want a menu that keeps on looping for infinety possible according to where the mouse is on the screen?

any help would be much appreciated

the links on them wont work i made the buttons then made them into a movie clip and did the infinetemenu tutorial but when i played the movie the buttons wouldent go anywhere when pressed

did you made the whole “thing” a mc, or just the buttons?
try replacing “_root” with “_parent” (without the quotes), if this still don’t work, post your .fla

or you could do a search on “infinite menu”, there are a lot of threads about this.
