Moving Dynamic Image

I am using the script to have an image in my movie dynamically by loading it into a createEmptyMovieClip that is found here:

http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/loading.htm

How can I make the image move, tween, chage colors, etc. I imagine with action scripting versus just tweening. How can this be done?
