Moving menus without flash help plz

hi i need to make a moving menu like this

+Home
+About
+Stuff

then when you click on home it goes like

+Home
-crazy
-football
-cars

and about and stuff disappear…
i have seen it done but is it possiable with buttons … ??? ne tuts on it?
