Moving though the background!

Hello,

I have just came across this site http://www.jontom.net/v4/v4hi.html … It has a cool background image affect. If you clicked over the web page sections; “about, jontom, works… bla bla”… the background image changes… How this affect can be done??? O_O Also… i have seen some sites where the background image react to your mouse movment… Its like as if the image is following the mouse :q: (^^ plz help~
