I have a problem with streaming mp3

when I load mp3 from local computer
soundMixer.position begin with
[LEFT]
0.0007282989667258409 ...
[/LEFT]
But when I load mp3 from site
soundMixer.position begin with
[LEFT]
0.020202020202020204
[/LEFT]
then after some time it display the normal position, but from the begining it displays wrong position
WHY?
