Hey everyone,
I’m working on the fourth version of my mp3 player, and the idea came up here to have a basic and an extended version, which I’ll be calling Standard and Pro (heh). I was wondering, what do y’all think should be the difference between Standard and Pro ?
In the third version, I already have a playlist and a combobox with the songs, so the Standard version needs to have at least these, because otherwise v4 would be less than v3 which isn’t supposed to be the case. But, those features in v3 are done with components which can be a pain to skin, so in v4 I was thinking of making it hand-made using the Flashlevel type of scrolling.
Now’s the question, does this go with Standard or Pro ? Other features that I can think of to put in the Pro version are:
- album artwork display
- draggable playhead
- volume slider
- php generated playlist
- shuffle/repeat buttons
Suggestions / thoughts / comments ?
