I need a multi-page form. The first page is like a Welcome page. Second is a Contact page. Third is a Job page. Fourth is a buying page.
Description: Whole thing must be flash/html/php. Top has tabs for pages. Color must be like a gold theme. Try to make it 3D with the reflections and stuff.
I’ll configure it. If you can, provide a text file so that I can update it thru it.
Ps.- If you can, I need a page for submisions. They can submit things like templates and intros and stuff. Can you do it so that they submit it, and it gets emailed to me?
