My flash won't fit?

When I import my Flash file into Frontpage 2002, and put it into my frame it doesn’t fit and it looks all uneven.

Can someone explain to me what I should do?

Maybe when you are exporting the swf you are not setting quality to high

Maybe you didnt export swf in high quality resolution and is your frame same width as your swf?

how do i make my frame the same width and height as my .swf file.

Just set the width of your frame same as your swf width in your html code.
