So my cat Marty came back from the vet today, and he looks like a cat version of frankenstien. About three weeks ago he had to go to the vet because he was moaning like crazy, and it turned out he had a bladder infection. That cleared up with some antibiotics after a week or so. Then just yesterday I was petting him and felt something weird. I looked on his chest, and sure enough there was two ****ing puncture wounds! So we took him to the vet and what they said was that he was bitten by some animal, possibly a snake or something (though I have never seen one in my backyard). Also they said the bladder infection was due to the infection of the bite that we hadn’t noticed for a while. Now he has like 14 huge black stitches on a shaved chest. He also has the cone joby and some tubes actually sticking out of him for some reason. I just feel bad for the little guy, he just five and had to get surgery and stuff. Sorry if I sound like that crazy lady at the end of your street with like 4000 cats, but it just kinda makes me feel all sad inside to see any animal in that sort of condition. 
I would post some pics…but they are just sort of depressing.
