no you won’t. Your file is not put together in a coherent way. None of the effects you are looking for are actually working. I understand what its like to be just starting out and to want to make a site, but you have to learn to crawl before you can walk, and walk before you can run.
even so…sure ill go over the site, but HOW DO I DO WHAT I WANT?
yes I may be able to make it a little better but I need a solid method to get the info updated easily

hmmm… ok. Well it seems that you would like other things to be happening than what actually is happening. Like when you roll over a button do you want that little colored bar to gradually move to the button? or do you want it to just automatically pop there?
right now I dont care about that, I need content for my users, I can do that after. The most important thing on my list is to fix the content.
Now please, if you going to try to help me, please give me a hand with that if you dont mind. Once I can get that working I will work on the effects.
I personally offer this advice to everyone starting out. I tell everyone to slow down, because Flash is a powerful program with many abilities and people just get swept up and carried away. I know what it is like. I tried to make a site before I was ready and I ended up with some really crappy sites. I thought they were great at the time, but they sucked. hardcore… it was bad…
again i dont care about that right now my users want the site up. Once i can supply that i will fix it up

make an easy way in my site that i can make easy uploads, what I need to do is be able to have links. If possiable make them look like links to.
if possiable do u have AIM, it would be much easier to talk to u
ok… well you know how to load Variables right? then I supposed the best way would be to just update the text files. If you want the links to look different then just put different tags around them… make them underlined or something. That is if you are just using Text. If you want cool looking links then I suggest you use Buttons or movieclip.
