MySQL 4.0.24 and utf8

Hey,

Anyway, I’d like to hear som input on how to make MySQL 4.0.24 support the character set utf-8.
By default, it has only latin1, but I need utf-8.
I found this doc on mysql.com that explains how to install charsets, but it doesn’t say where to find/download them… :slight_smile:

Note: I am no MySQL guru, but njs is not awake and I need help asap.

Btw, the server is running OS X 10.3.9 and the MySQL version is the APple supplied 4.0.24.
