When do we use one and when the other? The Flash ActionScript Language reference (under heading TextField.html) specifies the use of .htmlText = when assigning data to a text field or area. But when I use it, it doesn’t work. I have to assign with textfield.text = to make it work. What gives? Is the Flash guide wrong, or am I misreading it?
If any use htmlText, can you tell me when you do that?
