Nagging problem

just 2 quick questions about the unordered list you can see in the left div here

  1. In IE, it automatically adds the white line beneath the last li, but not in firefox. Anyone know how to fix it?

  2. Also I know IE doesn’t support the hover class but thought I had it fixed with the csshover.htc which I’ve used in the past, but can’t get it to work. Obviously the hover works fine in Firefox, but not IE…any help?
