Navigating through external MC's

I currently have the sections to my site in different swf’s that load within a nav bar that i made on a main swf. I’m loading each one in a blank mc. I wanted to know how I could possibly control which external swf loads when a user selects…say a next button on each and every swf section for the site…Can anyone help?
