Navigation Help

hi guys,

I am having trouble with this navigation.

I am having two problems:

  1. The heights go crazy when you are in the dropdown mode and rollover some of the text.

  2. I can’t get a rollover/rollout on the drop down buttons.

Hopefully you guys can help.
