This website - http://www.5sec.com/ - allows you to download flash websites where al you need to do is to change a couple of text files. now I reckon I could do the main text files but the navigation seems a bit harder.

I reckon the nav will be loaded from XML if it’s any good.
Why not write your own stuff? You get MUCH better results when you KNOW what you want…
