I really am struggling trying to find an effect that a client is insistant upon, but without knowing what its called I’m at somewhat of a disadvantage.
I have a navigation layer (separate left column), which should effectively scroll with the browsers view port whenever the user scrolls the site. Can anyone help me out with what the heck its called or alteast point me in the right direction?
