Navigation question

Hi I hope some one can give a few pointers. I’ve been teaching myself Actionscript for a while now but want to start making a site to practice on. In all the books though they never actually say how to create the navigation for a site.

I’ve tried a frame label navigation but ran in to trouble when trying to add animated movie clips as buttons. Is the best way to load external swf’s into a loader?

Any advice would be appreciated

thanks Ofeet. I have been experimenting with the frame label navigation but ran into problems when I tried to use MovieClip buttons. I was just wondering if there was other ways to build navigation for a site and which method is preferred.
