I am doing a website for a client he doesnt want anything special and i am not a great web designer which he knows.

At the end the blue bars stay there in that spot. I am adding drop down buttons onto those blue panels but i want to know how do i make it so when i click on a button on the blue panels Retract, Rotate to the top of the screen and the new page loads beneath them. Also when you click on the navigation bar again the page disspears and the bar rotates to it’s original position and the bars scroll out again with the buttons. Any ideas anyone please?
I hope you understand what i am saying and it would be great if somone could help me.
