Need a banner for my wow private server

hi I need some1 to make me a banner for my wow private server it has to say somewhere Ballon WOW thats thae name of the server. This cant be one of those quick and easy ones it will take some time and I cannot pay so sorry really need some help and for the size like a regular websete 1 any help appreciated I also need animations in the backround so u have to be skilled with this stuff

it would help out allot if you have actual size dimensions (ex. 700x100px) or a in-between, there really isn’t a “regular size” banner it really depends on the website layout, to which would work best

It seems like you’re asking for an awful lot for something you expect to get for free…

You might want to think about offering some kind of payment or lowering the expectations.
