Need a quick project done XML/ Flash
Requirements 2 flash banners / news tickers very simple no complex animations or anything.
banner size 72890 and a 300250, plain white background
both need to feed off an xml file,

Needs to display one link that will auto rotate using fade in / out effect or similar
Preferably have a hover effect when mouse moves over it.
XML settings need to control text color, hover color, rotation speed.
data will be something like this:
http://somenews.com?item_etc
all links need to open in new window (_blank)

300*250
same as above but it needs to display 3 links at the same time,
same auto rotation etc… both will use the same xml file.

It’s a very simple and easy thing to do, I need this done quickly but don’t have the time to spare.
