I’m making what will be my first published Flash website, which is here at the moment:

I am OK using Flash, but I always get flustered and just plain pissed off at Adobe whenever it comes to adding scrolling text to my sites, as I’ll have to do on most of the (now blank) pages. What do think the best way of me doing it and are there any well-suited tutorials out there. I’d preferably like to have up and down buttons that make the text scroll in a smooth and slow pace.
The major things is, I also need the text to be easily edited, as I’m making the site for my aunt and she needs to be able to change the text, so I don’t think she’d be able to edit XML files or create JPEG files in Photoshop (as I’d have done). Any ideas?
Also, does my ■■■■ preloader work or not?
