Need an expert Flash/Actionscript/PHP/MySQL developer

I need an experienced Flash/Actionscript/PHP/MySQL developer.
All these things are needed.

I want to develop some Flash files with their own CMS.

For example: something simple like a Flash gallery that has 3 or mor eimages say for example.

  1. Need to develop a Flash gallery that picks up the relevant imgages and loads them in order. This is very easy for any competent AS coder with plenty of examples on the net anyhow.

  2. I need to have a CMS for the gallery. The CMS will allow the user to upload 3 or more images. PHP script will optmise and resize the images and make copies of as required. And an XML file will be created that the Flash files reads in.
