A rollover flash banner with a video that streams on rollover (not featured in the example). Something that complies with the OPA XXL format. However I don’t develop in Actionscript. I am seeking any tutorials on how to accomplish or anyone who has experience creating banner ads like this OR even anyone who might be available to develop this ad for me (and the company I work for) by next week.
