I have an existing website which has some very problematic AS. The best solution is to rewrite large sections of the code, and bring it up to AS3.
For estimation purposes, I will be supplying a project document. For the selected programmer, you will get illustrator files for the updated design (which you could break apart and make into MCs), you will get all FLA files, and full access, etc.
I need someone who not only can rewrite existing code into AS3, can follow design specs-- but also can add inspired creative ideas to get around problems.
If you have better solutions for certain things, I want to hear them.
