As the title suggests, I am making a Flash cartoon. I want there to be decent audio (one of my major pet peevs with current Flash cartoons is the lack of decent audio).
I don’t have a large budget.
Anyone wanna give me some suggestions on what to get? Or any tutorials you guys know of?
