3+ Years experience developing in PHP (PHP5 a plus)

Strong understanding of OOP and MVC patterns (Rails-like frameworks a
big plus) -
Flash programming experience a big plus

Strong HTML/CSS/Javscript skills required

Experience with building mid-to-large size applications

Ability to work independantly as well as in a small group environment
