I need a header that is similar to the look/feel of www.level3.com header.
Size: 660px W X 157px H
the text and background images will pull from a .xml file:
<author>Title
</author>author line(optional)<author>
link
image (image size will be larger than flash size to accomodate zoom/pan)
random movement on background image that is not masked like level3, but just a subtle movement/zoom/pan (random is good). THe image/background will have a quick fade in on scene change.
