I guess this is more of a Dreamweaver issue but I put it on this board because it’s related to MySQL…
I am attempting to create a connection to MySQL in Dreamweaver but keep running into the same error.
I go to Databases > MySQL Connection (it’s under the Application part on the right sidebar of Dreamweaver) and I fill out the little form asking for the server, user name and password. Then when I search for the database I want to use I get a message that says, “An unidentified error has occured.” So I type in the name of the database and hit “Test”, and I get the same error.
I can manually access the database through MySQL, so it is there, but creating the connection through Dreamweaver is giving me trouble.
Can anyone help me with this?
