Need help creating 'text' starfield

Hi All,

I need to create somthing like this -

[COLOR=#333333]http://www.jumpmedia.co.uk/client-list.htm[/COLOR]

I can find tuorials on duplicating movie clips but i need to have different text.
I just dont know where to start - can anyone help me?
