Need help in transposing from Flash 5

This is part of the code for a file I want to extract an effect from. Anybody have an idea of why this script does’nt work on flash 8 actionscript II? The _level0.holder refers to a movie clip I would like to Tween with actionscript II instead of I and I can’t figure out why the code does’nt work. There are’nt any deprecated actions…
