Hello everone
I am trying to change or make a new menu…
The proccess for this is to have 3 or 4 circle menue Horizantal on top right that are bouncing in a floating motion and I can click on each circle to get a drop down menu

There are circle around the Photo Portfolio and when u click on it the move to top right corner … I want to make a menu the same way that those circle menu float…but with drop down menu…
any help would be appriciated …
