I’m starting this new project with a client, and i need some recommendation on how to start.
The project: Is going to be a microsite and the client wants to let visitors upload videos directly to the Web site where they can share and add comments and vote for the best video.
What I need is some advice on how to develop this, the microsite also will have a registration to be able to uses the microsite and upload the video. I have experience coding in HTML, CSS, Actionscript, little of PHP and JQuery.
