Need help or tutorial for flash timeline

You know when you view a flash website and it moves from one page to another, but like moves to it? Like if im at the main page, and you click “contact” or something, it plays the flash into the next page, or if you want to go back it reverses it back to the other page. If anyone knows what Im talking about ( im sure you all do im a newb ) please help me out or refer me to a tutorial. Thanks! =)
