I made a site for a friend with flash and now I need to make something easy for him to edit the text in the news section.

I read the tutorials here at kirupa, which are pretty good, but I still can’t figure out how to do this thing, either with xml or txt files…
Can anyone make me an exemple? This is so much easier for me to understand it that way.
