Hi! yay, first post!
Okay, I’m trying to make a photo reel, the pictures should continuously move from right to left. When the mouse moves over it, it should stop (or slow down, whichever is easier), when the mousecursor is gone, it should play again. I was able to create this, but the problem is that I put all the pictures in a movieclip that slides by under a mask. In that movieclip on top of the pictures are invisible buttons. When clicked on these, a little window should open with some info and a url to click. So they are buttons inside a movieclip inside a movieclip. When I stop the main movieclip, the buttons won’t work anymore. I guess stop really meas stop everything lol I guess to simplyfy it a bit I could make the picture a button that links directly to the sites, skipping the info window. But that still doesn’t solve my problem that I can’t click on the buttons when I stop the reel.
Can someone help me or point me in the right direction of a nice tutorial or something? I have a tiny bit of Flash experience, so if you throw a lot of actionscript at me, I won’t understand 
I have attempted to program during my schooling but failed misserably at it lol I’m a designer, a photoshop girl, programming is not for me. But I still need to make this Finally, pardon my English but my native language is not English.
