Need help with small animation

Hello guys,

I have this animation and i want it to do this movement when i roll over the mouse not on the fly and when the mouse is off it goes back to its original place.

I dont know anything about aciontscript and tried doing it myself. Anyone can help me out?

Now i am in Oman, the last few week i am very busy, because for my family matters.

so please kindly excuse my worse situations. See I am an Artist from India.
