i was trying to create a snow v.2 animation using the tutorial in thin site

i followed all the steps but i couldnt get it to work and i have absolutely no idea why it didnt work
i even downloaded the source and compared it against mine but still no clue
anyone faced the same problem??
is it the code, tute or just me??
