Need help with UPS shipping

YEs , im currently going crazy everything on the design side is done now i dont know how to implement the shipping stuff… i went to the UPS website and its a bunch of crazy stuff that i dont want to be displayed is there a UPS zone chart that can be accessed to calculate the shipping? Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
