I am wondering what steps I should take in accomplishing the following tasks.
I am trying to create a drop down nav similar to this: http://www.anxagency.com/ and am wondering where to start.
Also, am trying to create the red pointer effect found here: http://allhiphop.com/default.aspx inside the subcategories of the drop down menu.
Any advice anyone can offer would be extremely appreciated.
