Need HTML page to load inside current browser window

I have a title page to my website and to get in you have to hit red button. I have it set up in flash to shine when passed over and when pressed to get URL. I have tried ever combo of get /post/blank/self I can think of but nothing seems to get my next linked page to come up in that same window. Can someone please kick me in the correct direction. Thanks.
