I really need a good photo gallery for a photography website I am designing. I use Flash MX 2004 but I don’t have the knowledge to create what I need.
I would like it to look and function almost identical to the portfolio on this website:

I will be having many galleries, so xml is a must.
Willing to pay for work, let me know if you would be willing to work on this and how much it would cost.
