Need some help/suggestions on a dropdown

Im wanting to make a more complex drop down menu but have a couple questions. THe desired effect is somewhat like this http://www.secretplus.com/flashwebmenu/ but without the Javascript (which Im sure can be replaced with Actionscript). Another thing I want done is when one of the top menu items is clicked it moves to the left and the other menu items disappear. Then the drop down appaears. I’ve seen a lot of drop down examples but was wondering if anyone had anything like to look at so I can get a better idea.
