I am writing this to tell you how to never have your flash work or source code stolen again. As of writing this, there are currently alot of commercial Macromedia Flash Mx decompilers, but no commercial Macromedia Director ones. This is the trick, make your flash work and publish it. But after that, open up Director, import your work into it, and publish. Your flash work will be in Director format. This means you retain your work, but it cannot be decompiled!
