New browser window problem

I am working on a FLASH presentation for a company I work for and I have a hyperlink in it. The presentation, when activated, opens in full screen mode. The link works just fine, however, when the MSN or Netscape browser is open during the presentation, the link will open hidden ---- that is, behind the FLASH movie. Could someone help me? Opening in a blank window (new window) didn’t rectify the problem.
